ELIZABETHAMOAA

Elizabeth experienced a long complicated health journey with late diagnosis which resulted in multiple surgeries and complications. It took over two decades for Elizabeth to be diagnosed with Uterus Didelphys. This medical condition means having two wombs, two cervixes and two vaginal canals. She was diagnosed in 2015 and 2016 along with other reproductive health disorders such as severe endometriosis and secondary infertility.

In 2017, Elizabeth experienced a missed miscarriage, she felt that she had the responsibility to tell her story to encourage other women across the globe by empowering them to get the right medical care on gynaecological conditions through sensitization. It is on this background that Speciallady Awareness was established.
